Knew it that this incompetent company would be doing the refund as per their ease. Not Acceptable , when the company guys take the payment and then initiate further then why delay in refund. Sales Executive HITESH ARORA is not responding to calls or msgs. Now they sent a msg saying the issue might be resolved by 10/04/21. Unfair when a customer has to wait for his hard earned money from companies such as these.

Please click below to proceed with your payment https://tinyurl.com/newactpay?accountno=110623900407 Team ACT ————————————— When the payment has been accepted the technician came yesterday to our house for connection the sales executive Hitesh Arora visited the premises and more over I personally logged in to your app then it was showing eligibility of connection then all of sudden why connection is not possible,as told by Kamal the technician but still nothing has been done where as the guarantee of connection for today was given by Hitesh Arora. There is some technical problem as told by both the staff members of ACT FIBERNET. If this was the situation then how could they book the connection and receive the payment,why should the customer face problem and harassment for your staff negligence. We wanted a good speed FIBERNET so that my kids could do their exams and studies without any issues of net. Kindly get the connection surely done by tomorrow 12 noonor refund our payment by tomorrow 12 noon itself and for your information we will not be waiting for any number of days for the funds to hit our account. We paid on the spot so shall accept in the same manner. Forwarding the same to nodal officer through mail also. Hope you will do the needful. Thanks Vinod Sobti
